Promotional Casserole

Sold as part of a Salad Set for a promotion usually using the existing Kitchen Kraft Casserole with a Green Base and Red Lid, along with a Yellow 9" KK Pie Plate. These have been found in Yellow, Red, Green, Cobalt and some unusual examples like the Harlequin Yellow one below.
